All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. A gift certificate may be used used as a deposit, and it will be subject to all terms outlined here. All deposits will be applied to the price of the FINAL session of your tattoo. If you do not show up for your appointment(s), you relinquish your deposit and you will have to leave a new deposit to schedule another appointment.

    If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require TWO BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE or you relinquish your deposit. If you provide at least two business days' notice to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. If you choose not to reschedule your appointment, we will hold your deposit for 180 days (6 months). If you do not schedule a new appointment within this time you relinquish your deposit.

    If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you may need to be rescheduled; if your appointment has to be rescheduled due to your late arrival, you relinquish forfeit your deposit and will be required to leave a new deposit before booking another appointment. If you choose not to get the originally requested design as a tattoo at Heroes & Villains by said artist, the design will remain the property of the artist to use in any manner they decide. Tattoo sketches/designs/progress shots WILL NOT be emailed/texted/sent out prior to your tattoo appointment; if you must see your design in advance of your appointment you will need to book a time for an in-person drawing check. Should your contact information (provided by you) change, it is your responsibility to notify Heroes & Villains or your tattoo artist of your new contact information. Any missed appointments due to new/different contact information are not the responsibility of Heroes & Villains and/or your tattoo artist. If you arrive at your appointment and are unable to be tattooed for any reason (lack of ID, underage, inebriation, abusive behaviour towards staff, etc.) you relinquish your deposit. An appointment for the tattoo must be made within 180 days (6 months) of your approval of the final drawing or you relinquish your deposit. If you do not contact your tattoo artist and/or Heroes & Villains for 180 days (6 months) then you relinquish your deposit.

    By signing this agreement and/or leaving a deposit you clearly understand and agree to ALL terms listed in this agreement.
